T5 T6 Aluminum Extrusions & Square Tubes

We produce solid, heat sink, semi-hollow, hollow, and multi-hollow aluminum extrusion profiles. Our press tonnages range from 550 tons to 2800 tons with a maximum circle size of up to 12 inches, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of cross-sectional geometries for industrial, automotive, and electronics applications.

T5 temper refers to aluminum that is artificially aged after cooling from an elevated-temperature shaping process, such as extrusion. T6 temper involves a solution heat treatment followed by artificial aging. T6 generally achieves higher strength, while T5 offers good balance of strength and formability at lower processing cost, making both suitable for structural and precision applications.

A-SPARK offers comprehensive secondary processing including CNC machining up to 4500mm in length, welding, anodizing, and powder coating. These in-house capabilities reduce lead times, minimize handling risks, and ensure consistent quality from raw extrusion through finished part delivery, all under one roof in our Vietnam facility.

Our T5 and T6 aluminum extrusions are used across automotive and EV, lighting and heat sinks, oil and gas, electronics enclosures, plumbing and fluid control, and renewable energy sectors. We work with global OEMs, system integrators, and tier-one suppliers requiring precision profiles with strict dimensional and material compliance.

A-SPARK Manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems and IATF 16949:2016 for automotive quality management. Our in-house quality lab includes a spectrometer, UTS tester, hardness tester, electrical conductivity meter, profile projector, and CMM, ensuring every extrusion meets precise material and dimensional specifications before shipment.

Yes. A-SPARK provides end-to-end engineering support including Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review, prototype development, and tooling assistance. Our engineering team collaborates closely with clients from concept through production to optimize profile design, reduce material waste, shorten lead times, and ensure that the final extrusion meets all functional and tolerance requirements.
