Yes. Our high pressure die casting process, supported by advanced Flow Analysis, Finite Element Analysis, and Thermal Analysis, enables us to produce complex lighting housing shapes with high dimensional accuracy and consistency. Secondary CNC machining — including milling, turning, and tapping — is available to achieve tighter tolerances where required.

We offer multiple in-house surface finishing options suitable for lighting components, including shot blasting for surface preparation, in-house powder coating for durable decorative and protective finishes, and e-coating for corrosion resistance. These treatments meet the aesthetic and durability requirements of commercial and industrial lighting products.
