A-SPARK's investment casting capability handles parts up to 10 kg in weight. The maximum outline dimension is 300×300×300 mm. For best results in terms of dimensional accuracy and surface finish, parts weighing between 0.2 and 5 kg and sized under 150×100×100 mm are recommended.

Investment cast alloy steel parts achieve surface roughness between Ra6.3 and Ra2 μm as cast. For tighter surface finish requirements, secondary CNC machining, shot blasting, and surface treatment processes are available in-house to meet specific functional or cosmetic specifications required by OEM customers.
