Profile complexity is supported by machine tonnages ranging from 550 to 2800 tons, accommodating circle sizes up to 12 inches for diverse structural and thermal management designs.

Yes. Powder coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, UV stability, and mechanical durability, making it highly suitable for automotive and EV applications. A-SPARK holds IATF 16949:2016 certification, ensuring that all automotive-grade aluminum extrusions — including powder coated finishes — meet stringent quality management requirements for the automotive supply chain.

In addition to powder coating, A-SPARK offers anodizing, CNC machining up to 4500mm, welding, and full assembly operations. Engineering design support and DFM review are also available, allowing customers to optimize their profiles for manufacturing efficiency before production begins, reducing material waste and lead times.
