Aluminum Extrusion
A-SPARK Manufacturing provides aluminum extrusion for solid, heat sink, semi-hollow, hollow, and multi-hollow profiles. Our in-house quality lab is equipped with a spectrometer, UTS tester, hardness tester, electrical conductivity meter, and profile projector, CMM to ensure precise material properties and dimensional accuracy.
Material Alloys
- A6063, A6061, A60N1, A6082, A6005, A7075…which are available in T5, T6 tempers.
- Copper and aluminum-based heat pipe
